To increase our efficiency in helping participants, we have migrated to a new website-based support system. The chat icon can be found at the bottom right of any wingbits.com page.

We have spent considerable hours training the AI side and it is pretty amazing at answering most common questions/issues. For more advanced issues, you can request a human and the conversation will be converted to a ticket and handled by a team member in the same UI. Note that the tool can also handle translations, both ways, for 50+ languages.
