Modify Wingbits Readsb Config File Behaviour

Can Wingbits check if Beast is working before checking the config/modifying the config? Our project (Balena-ads-b) doesn't use the standard /etc/default/readsb config path and instead it is all done via parameters and environment variables. If Wingbits can check Beast is working before hand, then the errors about readsb config not existing won't occur and cause confusion. That, or some sort of parameter to skip the config check all together that we can pass along to the startup.
