Multi-wallet splitting

Currently we can only add one host wallet to the dashboard. I am requesting to add more than one.

For fleet deployers we will typically work with local managers who help find us new hosts; in these situations there would be a 3-way split setup. The owner, manager, and host.

Additionally we might sometimes act as host locators to connect owners with hosts, in which case there could be the owner, the middle connection person, manager, and host.

It would be great to have the ability to split the rewards in more than 2 portions. More the better; at least 3-ways, but preferably 5-ways.

For comparison; Onocoy supports 5-way splits, Rovr supports 10-way splits.
