Network Stats Page

Network stats page for WingBits so the community can see the growth/basic metrics of the network. Some metrics I think would be helpful are: total # stations (online and offline), global coverage (%), #planes tracked/day, #ADS-B/messages/day, etc. I'm sure there's a ton more useful metrics but it would be nice to get some kind of near real time indication of the growth/status of the network as a whole.
