Show historic station coverage on the map

On the map (https://wingbits.com/dashboard/map), when a station is selected, its current coverage pattern is shown.

As a new feature, as the user hovers their mouse cursor over each bar in the 7 day graph of Rewards or Data Points, show the coverage pattern for that day.
