Text hard to read in light mode

In light mode, several of the small “i” information buttons throughout the site open expanded info panels where the text becomes very difficult to read. The issue is not limited to the “Pending Tokens” tool tip; it appears to affect these informational popups/panels in general.

For example, in the Overview section, when I expand one of these info panels near the rewards area, the panel background is very light and the text also appears extremely light/bright, creating poor contrast. This makes the information almost unreadable in light mode.

It looks like a general light-mode styling/contrast issue for expanded informational tool tips or panels across the site.
