Unable to unlink Hyfix unit

Support BOT states that I should be able to select unlink the hyfix unit from the dashboard, but there is no option available to do that. I have reset my unit and sold it, but it green on my dashboard, on the reserved hex that it was last registered to

    to unlink a station, turn off the device then delete station from “stations page”
