Wait Queue for Occupied Hexes

Hi team. Hope you’re doing well. I think a good idea to suggest is having a wait queue for hexes. If a hex is already occupied, and someone places a device in the same hex, yes it may not earn rewards, but maybe it could be the first in the queue to claim the hex if the original device is disconnect/removed after a number of days. Thank you!
