Adjustable notification interval for stations

On the Stations page, I'd like to be able to adjust the timeout period from the default 8hrs for each individual station.
I still want to be able to enable/disable notifications for each individual station - as of today.

    This is already on our roadmap. Currently we have to rely on data being submitted to see you are online, which can be problematic in very low flight traffic areas… are you down or are there just no planes around currently.

    With the implementation of a new client and either a GeoSigner or approved hardware, we can identify quickly whether the station is not sending data because there are no craft or because it is no longer connected to the network.

    Adding to this - if possible- detect an abrupt drop in submission rate and notify.
    I had a situation with a station a few days ago wherein the dashboard showed active but after the rewards period I was able to see that submissions had slowed to a trickle despite tar1090 displaying fine all day.
