Frequency of Downtime Alerts
Would it be possible to let us get the downtime alerts for our stations via email sooner than the current 8hrs?
Even if we can configure our own threshold in the panel that would be amazing.
If my station does not send data in the past hour I’d be happy to get the alert but currently it seems to send after 8 hours.

This is already on our roadmap. Currently we have to rely on data being submitted to see you are online, which can be problematic in very low flight traffic areas… are you down or are there just no planes around currently.
With the implementation of a new client and either a GeoSigner or approved hardware, we can identify quickly whether the station is not sending data because there are no craft or because it is no longer connected to the network.
